SDF: Space Defence Force

Upon arriving in space, you are attacked by several enemies! They shoot as you zig zag your way around, shooting to destroy them and summoning your ship's shield to defend yourself. You must navigate your way past the enemy spawn's lasers to defeat the boss - can you survive?

Tutorial Scene

The game features 5 key buttons: Enter to start the game, X key to activate your shield, Z to shoot lasers, C for an ultimate bomb that's in your arsenal every 8 seconds, and the escape key to pause the game.

Upon defeating 10 enemy spawn, the boss appears! Anger you destroyed his loyal followers, he shoots you with a large wide-range laser every few seconds.

If you manage to defeat him, you will be allowed to restart or end the game.

Game was created as a final project for CS 108 with James Morgan at SJSU. Art was created by Daniel Chang and programming was done by Christine Pham.
